made these guys a little while ago, amazingly delicate zucchini flowers! most people like to stuff them, but i think their flavour is so subtle and delicious, i love eating them as is, fried in a light batter.
also put these guys in omelettes with some parm and chili – SO GOOD. made a perfect breakfast.
last night went to a friends housewarming, and a good-bye at the boat. should’ve gone home when i could’ve because i had the worst hangover ever in ages! i had to pull myself out of bed, yak, and get thrown in a car to take some pictures of my friends new band (still need to edit them), got home at 4 and wanted to die a little.
